When Colleen and I arrived 40 minutes early to Grocery Bingo (one of the many CP housing events), there was already a line formed. Once everyone was seated with a bingo board and eye patch on (the theme was Pirates) we began with classic bingo. Then we moved on to special types of bingo such as four corners. There were quite a few times when we almost won but then had to clear our cards.
Finally on the "X marks the spot" game I got a bingo! Another girl did too and it turns out we got the last bags of groceries and had to split the laundry supplies. I was so happy to win my bag of food, especially since I desperately needed bread for sandwiches. Here is the delicious assortment of food my fabulous bingo skills earned me. My roommates and I are definitely going to enjoy eating those cookies.
